Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had beautiful rooms with excellent beds and a great breakfast buffet. The staff was lovely and attentive. However, the bathroom may need refurbishment, and the noise outside disrupted the comfort.
From the moment we were picked up in Bourg St Maurice to reaching our room, the experience was out of this world. The rooms are finished to a very high standard, featuring state-of-the-art in-room bathrooms and showers. However, some staff members seemed to judge us, possibly due to a language barrier. The service, such as being escorted to ski rental and receiving lift tickets promptly, was excellent. The location is ideal, just minutes from the ski gondolas and offering privacy with sliding doors. The dining options cater well to different preferences, including veggie lovers, but might not be the healthiest. Overall, a top-notch experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was small but cozy and well-appointed, with outstanding service but prone to some structural issues. It was slightly hot even with the radiators turned off, and the noise outside made it challenging to leave the windows open. From the pick-up in Bourg st Maurice to settling into our room, the experience was mixed with some highlights and setbacks.
The hotel is like a cozy mountain chalet, conveniently located for ski enthusiasts and offers friendly and helpful service. The dining experience may have room for improvement, but overall, it's a great value for a mountain escape.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were very nicely finished, though a bit small. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff always available. The location was great, right in the center of town with convenient access to transportation. The dining was good with room for improvement, especially for vegetarians.
